There are lots and I mean LOTS of things that I love to do. When I see something that I think is beautiful I wanna know how create that too. It varies from websites till photography from clothing design till Make-up. I love it all! I think the best way to say it is that "I have a passion for the Visual".

A week ago I did a photoshoot with some of my friends and really like the way the pictures came out. I'm getting better and better. And so are they! Can you believe it? This is like her(marlou/model) second photoshoot ever, so she deserves some credit also! See some pictures of the shoot down here. And let me know how you like them! Hi, hey, hello pretty ladies, how are yaa? Oke so this is my last week of vacation and what more can I say besides that this sucks.. Well anyway, in my last post I mentioned that I was going to Amsterdam again and this is what I bought. Oh and lemme tell ya, I love it all! Annndd I had a great fun day with my BFF, love her.

Yay, I fi-na-lly have my Bobbi Brown make-up and as expected... I AM SERIOUSLY IN LOVE WITH THESE PRODUCTS! These products are really great, the quality is really good and it stays on all day. I feel like it is improving my skin already and it doesn't break me out at all. I definitely recommend the foundation, concealer and the powder. And also I always had a problem with finding the right color foundation and concealer, because I live in Holland and they don't really have a wide range of colors for like darker skin. So if you have a darker skin color like I do then I totally recomend you to go for Bobbi Brown(If you have light skin I also recommend it because it's just FREGGGIN awesome! hihiih) Love it!
Cleanser by The Body Shop(I really like this, I feel like it cleans my skin really well), Cleansing milk & Lotion by Biotherm(I was trying some new brands and picked biotherm but I don't really like these actually... waste of money)

Bobbi Where are youuuu?

Hey you guyss, I mean GIRLS, hihihi. I'm back and I don't know why I am blogging, but I have the urge to go to Amsterdam, again. And i mean ASAP. Can't wait to buy lots and LOTS of Bobbi Brown stuff! Because, the last time I went to Amsterdam we went to Bijenkorf for foundation for my dear friend. And I found out that there was a Bobbi Brown counter!! I totally forgot about that! I have been wanting some Bobbi Brown make-up for the longest time and I finally found it!(Last year they didn't sell Bobbi brown in Holland) The messed up part was that we went like when we were already done with shopping, so I was BROKE... Uh-uh no cash.. D;

Since almost all of my face products(cleanser, toner, moisturizer and foundation) are DEAD AND GONE. I'm starting to get a new face routine. Which reminds me that I totally forgot to post some new facial products that I bought, but I'll post that later. I defenitely have a big wishlist for next weeks Bobbi brown visit, hihihi. Since I like NEVER come in Amsterdam.. I'm just gonna buy it all at once. I defenitely want the Bobbi Brown concealer, concealer brush, foundation, powder and the powder brush. I may buy some other stuff but that right there I will buy for shure. It's gonna be an expensive visit, but defenitely worth every penny!
Anyway, next week, Bijenkorf, IT'S GOING DOWNNNN.

I also hope to find me a nice pair of shoes :D Okeee I got that out. Hope you're having a nice vacation! OMGGG I'm coming to the conclusion that school allmost starts!!! Damnit... Oke bye, hihih.<3

I'm Back... Again... (TMW & Outift of Today)

I'm constantly neglecting my website and this blog and I'm gonna change that right now! Again, sorry for not posting! Oh and my school stopped so I have vacation right now!! My finals were EASYYY, so I allready know that I'm passing my exams hihiih :] YEEEYYY I'm so happyyy!!

Anyways here's some stuff that I've bought over the past few weeks.

SIX had sale, so EVERYTHING was like 1 euro, so you can do the math. Haha yup I spend like 9 euro for it all, that makes my wallet happyyy :]
And I also bought the H&M dress(that everyones got, because it was freggin cheap)
And I got this cute black vest from H&M. Look at the cute Skull I bought at the SIX sale, hihi it's so sweettt :]
And again I was digging through my moms closet and guess what? Yess, I found another great Great GENIOUS piece!! It's a black see through shirt with lots of cool details. And again I don't have a clue how old it is. I guess it's like a few decades old. Maybe older than me and you together, God knows...

Haha come to think of it, about half of my moms closet is sooo old, that it's cool again, hahahah. Too bad she gave lots of cool old vintage clothes to a second hand store.. Oh well I guess they need it better than me.. :]

I'm currently really lovin the dark lipstick! I really like the way it looks on me, even tough it doesn't look that fierce in this bad quality picture. -.- I'm wearing a beige H&M jacket, Zara tanktop, Pieces tregging and Jeffrey Campbell Pixie wedges. I know I promised to post an outfit post, but I'm not satisfied with the pictures. I just never post stuff that I'm not a 100% behind, so be patient! I'll do my best to make an outfit post ASAP.

Yesterday I went to a shop called Valentine and the have really cool stuff. They have rings with crazy rocks in 'em! Unfortunately I have really thin fingers so they didn't fit, damnit... They also had snake rings, skeleton rings, etc etc. So I bought two pairs of earrings and a bracelet. They are actually sort of like granny earrings, because they have clips, ahahha. I never in my whole life wore clip earrings, but now I am going to :]

This bracelet is the coolest!

First of all, I want to thank everybody that commented on my last outfit post, you guys are so sweet! Mhm, come to think of it, I havent been posting in ages!! Ohh well...

My closet is boring so ones in a while I love digging trough my moms closet, because I allways find at least one great item. A few days ago I found this see trough shirt/dress and I made an outfit with it, which I really like! It fits a bit baggy, which I like, because it covers my fatties, AHHHAHAA! In a few days I'll post an outfit post with that shirt, so stay tuned.

A few days ago I went to the stores with my mom and bought some really cute bracelets. The best thing was that they were cheap, cheap, cheap. For the Dutch people, I bought them at Action for like 1 euro.

I also found a DIY card necklace that I made a few years ago and it's pretty cute. You just take a playing card for example; Yu-Gi-Oh or pokemon cards. make two little holes in the corners and put an empty necklace on it, easy as that!

Plus the weather lately is so nice!

Ohh Jeffrey you're so HOTT!! I have been drooling over these wedges for the last couple of months and I finally have my babies. First I wanted to order them back in '09 but they were sold out, then I had to wait two months to pre-order them but I was to late again(FAIL)... And so I finally orderd them about a month and a half ago(it was e pre-order) and today I recieved them, scoree. The messed up thing is that I had to pay 43 euro on import duties, fail... -.- I bought them at Shopnastygal.com and I love them, the customer service is so nice, SCOREEE!

And I'm wearing my new nail polish, it's so freshh. Plus these shoes are really comfortable!

Catrice Nail polish

If you're Dutch you'll know that the budget brand Catrice has a new nailpolish line wich contains some Chanel dupes. I actually wanted the Chanel Jade dupe but obviously that was the only colour that was sold out...-.- Well yeah I got over my loss and picked the Catrice 170 I scream peach(Chanel Orange Fizz dupe) and the Catrice 180. They were 2,49 each, so thats good for the wallet.

Plus, it was such a beautiful day today! I don't know what or why but I went outside with my camera walked a bit shot a few pics. Watched some horses and chickens while the sun was burning softly on my skin with a nice breeze. I don't know but I just tought of nothing the whole time and awkwardly I felt really happy. :]

TMW: A day in Rotterdam

In my last post I mentioned that I was going to Rotterdam to go shopping, so here's what I bought.

I love love this shirt! It fits great and you should buy this too, hehe! I guess this was probably my best find for the day! Striped slouchy shirt H&M, €20.

I actually wanted a blue one, but they didn't have it my size. D: But it still fits great though, and i love pastel colors, so hey! Zara Shirt, €25.

This jacket is so cute plus it is water resistent! (you should get it ^.^) Zara jacket/coat, €50.

I really wanted an acid wash pants so I bought this one. This actually was the only decent one that I could find... :/ Zara Acid Washed jeans, €30.

I cannot believe this... The sizes are so weird when it comes to treggings! I found out that I have a freggin size L/XL!(WTF!) I have pretty long healthy leggs and they are not fat at all...0.o And if I am a size L/XL what the hell bigger people can't even fit in treggings, that's just messed up... It's like they want us all to be anorexic, not cool...-.- (Pieces, switch up the sizes please...) Vila/pieces tregging, €30.

The Money Waste

I bet on a thousand dollars that you all know the feeling that when you've bought new stuff(a new camera, clothes, a car or whatever) you feel happy, right? Well, I feel really good lately and I just found out... That when I buy or get(gifts) new stuff It doesn't make me feel any happier!! And that is a good thing, because this means that you're not attaching value to material things.

So I'm calling this category "The Money Waste", because I don't really feel like I need all of this, simply because it doesn't make me any happier(buying stuff). Material stuff shouldn't make you happy in the first place... "The best things in life are FREE!" Remember that!

So as promised here's a list of stuff that I bought over the last two weeks.

So I bought some basics at H&M and believe it or not, but I actually did not spend over a hundred euros there, hehehe. I'm really flabbergasted(always wanted to use that word, HAHAHA) that I could buy so much for the price. Every piece was under 20 euros. I'm a PRO budget shopper, now that's what I call efficient. ^.^

I love this dress! Every girl should have one plus this wasn't expensive at all (H&M A-silhouette dress 10 euros)

This shirt is so cute I love the way it colors with my skin (H&M shirt 20 euros)

This knitted vest was from Asos and it was pretty cheap, 22 euros (sale).

I don't know where the hell this zipper-bat-wing shirt/dress came from... The only thing I remember is that it was cheap, lol. (5 Euros)

I also bought a new foundation and blush and i am really pleased with both of them. The foundation is from Clinique Perfectly Real foundation (25 euros) and the blush is from Black Up (19 euros). The woman of the store also gave me some nice samples.

I love this color nail polish! It's a dark green color with tiny sparks (1,30 euro) and a two basic eyeliners (1,29)

I also got a fashion book and I'll show some great spreads of them in the next post.

Hehe, I was experimenting with product shots, hehe. I actually had a lil fun shooting them and trying out different compositions.

Busy Busy Busy Work Work Work...

This last year I have been really and I'm mean really busy with working on my website. For the ones who don't know, I own the streetfashion website www.urbanstart.nl. So I have been wanting to update the layout for like a few months, but I just refused to do it, because I have to much going on + I hate programming it's the most boring thing ever(XHTML, CSS, PHP etc.)

So I wanted to give it a more clean and grown up look and I tried to keep it as similar to the current layout as I possibly could. I also wanted to give it a bit of a spring look, because spring is coming up. So I used a light purple/green-blue(ish)/white/black colourpalette. Well, I hope you guys like it and I have a little preview bellow.

So I wanted to order them a while back but they were sold out everywhere. Luckely they are in back order and available again on 28/2! Hahah, I think I'ma stalk solestruck the whole day to see if they are there, because it might sound weird... But I had a dream(or maybe nightmare?) the other day that it was 28/2 and I was to late ordering them and they were sold out, HAHAHAHAH!! D; I will not rest untill I get these babies on my feet...

Wildfox Fall 2010 Preview

We'll have to wait a couple of months for this one, but here's a little preview of what we can expect from Wildfox's Fall collection. I've allways loved Wildfox, because I really think that they fill the gap between fashionblogclothing(the more girly stuff) and streetwear(the more edgy chicks). I can only give them lovee, keep it up!

Mhm, I don't really know what to say about today... The only thing I can think of is the fact that I fixed up my nails with a cute moon manicure. So I used the lavender nail polish from Herome as a base coat and a dark red/purple-ish nail polish from Catrice for the stripe. I actually really like the basic lavender, but the moon manicure look is cute too. (BTW I wasn't to neat on this one)

So today I snatched an old sweater from my mothers closet, because she doesnt't wear it anywayss. Mhmm, I wonder how old that thing is. I think the guy is older than me, rofl... Paired the lil' fella up with an H&M grey tregging and bag, Topshop overknee wedges and some bracelets(the spiked one is from Asos and the others I don't really know...). So it looks pretty clean, not to much going on. And ehhh, don't mind my face I don't know what the hell I was doing, rofl.

New Nailpolish

I really needed some new nail polishes. SO yesterday I bought some really cute ones. I bought the (red, lavender and the mint) Herome ones at Douglas(6.95 each), too bad of the mint one. I tought it was a more brighter minty color, but apparently it's not... I really like the the pink-red-ish one and that one is from Etos(2,90). I also bought an highlighter/eyeshadow at Meuwese(4,90). And I stopped by H&M to get a new grey tregging(19,95). See pics bellow. (Btw. I was to lazy for the tregging pic...)

True Passion

I got really inspired by Ilanka from Fashion-Nerdic! I mean like she's *** genius I love the way she works different types of colors and fabrics. And I just really wanna thank her for reminding me what my true passions are.

I made two ready to wear designs, so they are pretty wearable. It's not my best work, but it's all right. So I really wanted to make a gradient cardigan with Balmain shoulders(not to dramatic, though), so yeah. I tried out some different color gradients and i have to admit... The purple/blue/white colorway looks genius. It has color but at the same time it's not too colorful and it also has a cool/clean-ish look to it, if you know what I mean.

Both outfits are inspired by one of Ilanka's looks(with the bustier and high wasted pants look1 and look2), which I lovee. I only think I went wrong with the pants xD. I probably should've made a dress of it, well yeahh. (haha, and as you can see my handwriting sucks lol)
